Hello! I would like to get a response from a community Manager, not a support specialist (since I have already talked to them). The other day, after getting access to my email, scammers stole my account and safely use it. While trying to restore access to my account, I realized that the main thing for the support specialist was to find out when the last donation was made to the game. And when he realized that the refund was not possible, he was refused to return access to the account. That is, the account was used for a year by one person, and the last 2 days by someone else, is it not immediately visible on the devices that log in to the game? by changed email? by your changed nickname? At the request of a specialist, I provided all the data: the clan, nickname, which device was registered from and where, and Google play receipts. But it seems that they were only interested in receipts!


How is this even possible? when everything you need to make the right decision is provided, take the side of the fraudster? If you can't get my account back (and I spent a lot of time and effort on it, it can be said to be my intellectual property), then at least ban it! since it is unfair to use it by others!
