Hello.

I was found ban from using tchat after attempting to post a message asking for help on how to use gravechill killer. I do not have a screen shot to prove it but I swear I didn't put anything illegal in that post. I contacted the support to get unban or at least review with the support my message. Its been 2 days now no news.... 

Please consider treating my case even though I'm not sure I'm in the right place for it. But I can not find my message to the support anywhere. And I did receive the two automatic emails notifying me of the successful submission.
