About a week ago while playing on my phone I was randomly logged out of the game. When I tried to sign back in it said there was no record of my email address. I tried again a few days later and my email address worked but now my account was reset back to level 1 with all my stuff gone.

A friend in my clan can still see the nickname of my account before it was reset and has been inactive since the day of the issue. I am hoping that someone here can help me as I have been in contact for a week with support and am getting no where. I have the nickname of my account and screenshots of receipts for the stuff I purchased.
