hello since yesterday y cant connect to the fame unless y reinstall the plarium play app on the pc  every time the game stays in updating but cant finish the update to connect

Did you tried delete cache?

After the update 1.15.2, the game stopped working on the Honor X smartphone. I contacted the technical support service, on their recommendation, reset the cache data and reinstalled the game, there was no result. The game still does not start.Sezzy said:
