Hi,

I was trying to link my phone to a Plarium ID I had set up and I accidently hit the Log Out button.

I immediately got logged out of my account and when I tried to get back into the game it started a brand new account.

I had logged into Apple ID but it does not make a difference, I only get the new account when I log in.

I do not remember my username as it was just a long chain of numbers.

I had sent a ticket in days ago to get this resolved but have just received 2 auto emails but nothing since.

Please can you help to resolve this so I can get my account back? I have been playing over a year and do not wish to lose all my progress.
