I'm wondering if you are trying to create an Alt account with the same email address?
When players create more than 1 account, they need a separate email for each additional account they make.
If this is not the case, please get back to me and we can troubleshoot further.

I have the same problem, and I wrote to support via 3 different Plarium mails and NOTHING... Nobody reply.
