i never got my rewards for attaching my amazon prime account, ive sent several tickets with screenshots, but basically it says that my prime google and Facebook are attached to another account yet i use the 2 to log into the only account any more since i read about multiple accounts causing problems. ive followed the automated responses and have had no success,  i created a plarium i and had a profile way before attaching  facebook ive even  even deleted it from facebook but still when i log back in it says logged in with facebook im hoping to get more than the same  replies that  haven't solved the issue i sent screenshots in the previous tries to resolve this
