I messaged support but yet to hear back from anyone or have my account fixed. I changed my password but Plarium clearly has been hacked and our details stolen. They should be notifying people to change their password's as they would be well aware of this breach.

I was hacked. I put in a ticket, gave support the email address(es) of the hackers showed them over a year of receipts of purchases I had made in the game, showed the the facebook account that had been connected to the account from the beginning. I even have emails from the guy who bought my account stating who he bought it from. When I tried to present all this, I was emailed "our specialists have already investigated and made a determination on this ticket. Any further inquiries will be ignored" so my account gets stolen, because my plarium account was hacked and plarium just tells me to fuck off. They dont care, that the guy who stole it gets to enjoy it and I get screwed.
