Hello, I have had to create a new Plarium account just to create this post.  The email address that I have been using since May of last year suddenly does not work when I try to login.  The website/app says that the email does not exist in your system.  I still have the email confirmation for that email from May when I created my Plarium account.

The email I used is [email protected].  I have been playing on this account since May 2019 and can no longer access my account.  I have already created a support ticket over 8 hours ago and have not received any feedback.  Please help me or tell me how I can get assistance.
