Hello, I have lost my account and have been trying get in contact with support for 4 business days and would like to get my account back. My accounts name is PotatoAim6969 and it was not connected to anything like Facebook, apple or plarium.

When this happened to me, I erased all data and cache. After downloading from the "loading screen", there's a little "Login" on the upper right. Click there and login with your facebook. I recommend creating a Plarium account, link to facebook and then play.
First time I tried that, I also lost my progress, so I really don't remember exactly how did I created the account on PC, but today I play both mobile and plarium pc.
