Im writing here because support keeps closing my tickets and not even reading i have already tried everything they recommend . 

So on android im stuck on authenticating i already did the following : 

- Reinstall 

- VPN 

-Clear cache / clear internal storage

-Restart router / other wifi 

Cliënt and bluestacks work . 

After hours of looking for a solution i managed to get the app to work using a virtual space for my phone ( Let's the app think im on another device ) This worked so what im thinking would be a solution is a clean install of the app on my phone but if i delete and reinstall it remembers my account or whatever . Is there a way to get a clean install maybe with APK ? I Will try this if i het back home . Looking forward to a decent response.
