I was in game, got logged out with the message: someone logged in on another device. When I relogged in to plarium play and raid, I was on a new account. Can someone freeze the account and help me get it back?

Mine was hacked, I put in several tickets, showed them multiple receipts, gave them the email addresses of the ones who stole my account and Plarium told me to go screw myself. I gave them all the proof of the hack and they did nothing. I had spent hundreds of dollars over a year and a half, now someone else gets to enjoy it. My best advice if you play plarium is do it for fun ,but dont give them a penny. They care nothing for your game experience...only your money. Good luck.
