I have the same issue.

I have the same issue myself, logged out logged back in , still not credited, also I have it shows I'm at 100% level 46, but will not move me to 47, could use some help, it will only show loading for support  in game, and not allow support to load, to contact. I've never seen a game support like this. And I've played my fair share of games

I’m having the same issue as well. I’ve tried logging out and back in a few times to see if that would resolve the issue.

I tried what your guys tried, and even tried connecting to plarium.com --> profile --> confirm email, and then restart, re-log-in. Nothing worked. 

Note: even though it did not work and if you guys have not done it yet, you should confirm your email on plarium.com, as when and if a solution comes available, you have more possibilities to see that solution in your account.
