Hello, so I logged in with my parents amazon account because I knew they had prime and I did not at the time. They have recently cancelled their subscription and I have activated prime on my own personal account. When I went to switch in game from their account to mine it says I cannot have two amazon accounts linked to one account. Is there a way to completely remove the history of their account off my profile so that I can log into mine? Any help would be appreciated! I want those 5 ancient for this x2 summon rates :P 

Edit: not sure if anyone has been having the same issue but the support page for the game will not load for me and freezes up (this is a recent thing and I know servers were just worked on so it might be something with that, just thought I would put it out there if anyone from tech support sees this)
