Hello,

New player here.  I played a bit of Raid Shadow Legends and created profile named "Vitiek".   I accidentally deleted the game when trying to move it to new location on my home screen, and when reinstalling, I get the tutorial again.  How can one go about recovering a profile?  I never did get the chance to link it to anything except my Amazon Prime account.  Am I able to recover this or is it gone for good?

Also when I click "Support" in game it just takes me to a screen that says "Loading..."  and hangs there indefinitely.

The same problem here, I made the mistake of unsubscribing, then logging in is no longer possible, so I thought client errors and reinstalled, but the client always creates a new ID and when I log in with my Facebook account wants to log in, he always says the Facebook account is connected to another raid and I am aware of this, so I log in with it. Please do you have a solution to the problem?

but it seems to be a database problem, the UM is stored as the primary ID and the macros do not seem to remember if an ID already belongs to it. So that they do not delete the new one and reload the existing data record

 I found the solution  delete the app reinstall it  and when you get to the screen with the blue giant  with press to play it hover or the screen and it should get let u log in through facebbok
