it appears someone took over my account that was connected with plarium by changing the associated email.

Further, the account name was changed and he left my clan. I was able to sign in on my Android and rejoin the clan, but I was logged out because there was a log in from another device.

I already sent out tickets to Plarium support and Raid: Shadow legends support two days ago, but only got automated messages.

I would like to have this issue resolved as quickly as possible, before any damage can be done to the account.

I can provide player ID, former associated email, former and new account name, clan and google play purchases.
