I had the app installed and then had to uninstall to make room for something temporary. I reinstalled the game and all my progress was lost as when I first initially played I didn’t sign in to anything. But now I can’t claim the amazon prime reward being offered cause it says it’s already been claimed on a different account. Help! Please!
