Lost account with no mail

Hi, i have recently reinstalled the game and, with a new, non vinculated account i submitted my amazon account to retrieve one of the new characters, and then i have remembered my old account, so i logged in, but now i cannot have the character in my old account, because it was already used, NEITHER in the new account because it had no mail associated and i feel stupid. Can i solve the problem? Can i delete the account with no mail? Thanks

Hi plarium...

I lost my other account after the new patch..  The account wasn't linked into my mail.. I was about to do it, but never got a chance..

I can't make an ingame tickets either, since it's not working atm.. 

Please how do I retrieve it back.. I had pretty good champs in it and almost lvl 50.. I Want It Back!  So I can link it to my mail. 

You could atleast give us a warning.. When the new patch came any account who's not been linked to any mail will be deleted... But you didn't!

I’m having the same issue. I have been out of my account for 3 days with multiple attempts to contact support with no response. Any assistance would be great.

I had to delete and reinstall the game... I have emailed support, but I didn’t know if this would be quicker. I did not have a platinum account, but I’ve set one up now. I know I sent an invite out and I’m playing on the same device. Any suggestions would be appreciated

Support was able to recover my account and attach a plarium Id to my account as well.
