This same thing happened to me and the most irritating thing is the game makes you do an entire run through of so much each time the game is reset. I'm extremely ticked off right now. 

Same thing here though i was playing on pc bluestacks. If you have plarium id I think you can unlog that new account then log into your original one. I dont know about facebook login but I was stupid and had created neither (not that I expected getting banned). Which leaves me with just my nickname for my main account. They say in the support ticket they can get back accounts with nickname but to be honest having seen plarium at work since the update im dubious I will ever see my main account again.
