Sorry if this is a similar topic to others but im upset that having played a couple of months enjoyed the game and invested a good bit of money I seem to have lost my account. I bought the gold pass 2 days ago was banned yesterday like many others and when I tried to log in the tutorial started and was presented with a lvl 1 character. I used bluestacks on my pc to access the game and never created an id or facebook login. I guess I should of but I didnt. I sent a report but have had just automated reply. Even if my account gets unbanned I dont know how I go about accessing it as you seem to need plarium id or facebook. All I have is my user name I used for the account and receipts from google play for the stuff I bought. Trying to find help is difficult. Any advice would be welcome.
