hello, yesterday I had the account blocked for no reason, I tried a lot of contact and I had no answer the account unlock time would be today (Feb, 15) I logged in now and it is still blocked with unlock on (Feb, 16) I'm losing events and progress in the premium paid account. I can't access my account, until when will it be like this? how do i solve this problem?
