Many of my heroes including Elanaril have lost all their books.

I paid for gems & saved some up for multiple summons, and whilst summoning system froze.

I don’t even know what heroes/if any were pulled, but the gems are gone. 

The summons didn’t reflect on the Summon Events either, so I got no event rewards.

Some heroes have lost all books, whilst others have lost a few.

Please help.
