Having the same problem with a few of my heroes, especially Elenaril. It’s depressing. All books practically lost.

I’ve lost gems, books, summon events rewards. Summons crashed, so don’t know what heroes, if any were summoned, had to re-log in, only to find my progress a mess. 

Hope there’s some support.
