I've submitted 5 tickets (at least) and sent 2 emails (at least) and am still banned. The only responses I've gotten were automated. Is there anyone there that can help?

Im getting intermittently banned and cant purchases anything in game now. I can't make a support ticket in game and plarium has removed RAID from their support.website so i cant make a ticket there either . Anyome have their email?
