My gold battle pass is not active after spending $30 on it. Artifacts I farmed for days are missing. Time spent and energy not refunded. Missing tournament. Missed clan boss attacks.

Compensation is pitiful. 1 sacred and 14 mil? Pft I want my stuff back and compensated better! Can’t even throw in some gems! I’ve spent hundreds on this game and you throw me scraps.
Same here, and I only got 10mil silver so I think the champs that we summoned but lost in the reset were given back and maybe the silver earned or was that a true comp gift? Either way I am underwhelmed and now I'm I. A new dragon tournament , don't have my battle Pass rewards, a new spider tournament starts in 9 hours along with a champion training event. I don't know if the consumable energy probs I used got comped during the time that was reset were given back... I wasn't keeping track of them. The no battle Pass hurts because of the missing energy and rewards. Not too mention the time I spent was lost. It really is a lack luster reward with an incomplete fix, I don't want to re purchase the battle Pass as my charge is still pending for the first.

silver, commons, uncommons, one shard as compensation..
irl money lost.

I was banned due to technical issues for 1 day after I bought gold battle pass. Ban was lifted after day passed.I purchased all levels and silver reid card . Colected all rewards from battle pass and upgraded Wurlim Frosting to level 50. After today(2/19/2020) fix I miss all heroes, battle pass, silver raid card, 7000 energy and 2000000 silver. Also I fused Rhazin Scarhide and now have to fuse it again(takes a 1mil ). In addition to all that crap I have assented and leveled up camps that are sent back to the point they were a week ago, one 6* fully assented is now back ro 4 star. I'll give plarium time to fix it, but not spending another cent on the game anymore and if it's not fixed delete it and not palay at all.Not worth the time and money
