Major rollback after the technical issue ban.

Hello,


My account was unbanned after it was banned with the reason "due to technical issues". But after the account was unbanned I have lost a lot of progress, there is a major rollback to my champions dungeons progress, gems, silver, and campaign. Can this be looked after and fixed?

Hello. My account was rolled back what it appears to be 2 days. I’ve lost packs I purchased, the gold 100 battle pack, tons of books, gems, champs, upgrades, great hall and tournament progress and the list goes on. It was days of work and over 200 dollars spend in the past 2 days and it’s gone. Can something please be done to correct this?!

I am facing the same problem. Got banned after purchasing the golden battle pass, was able to login after nearly an entire day. My account got kicked back into the ending of last week. That is quite unfortunate.


Ive lost a truckload of mission progression, gems, several books, some shards.

I dont have the golden battle pass, even though the money is withdrawn from paypal.


There are roughly 90 Heroes 1* and 10 heroes with 2* as a compensation in my post, I wont even comment on that.

I am running into the same issue I lost right at 1000 energy after using it on dragon and lost gold battle pass. When I try to open the support in game it is constantly loading my ID is JacobJ64

Same issues here with me and my friend's account. I was able to get the items back I purchased before the ban as compensated "gifts"...I am not sure how much of the other consumed items lost as it was a major rolled back. But my friends' gold pass and his new lego champ is gone.

Same happened to me.

Support tickets sent, but nothing but a lousy compensation so far.

Don't know what to do, rebuy gold pass?

So much progress lost, and not knowing if we'll get compensated reasonably.

To play or not to play until this gets solved?
