I was one of the banned accounts in error and now my battlepass is missing and the charge is still pending on my statement.

I was one of the people who got false  banned earlier today and when I logged back on after the ban was released my gold pass which I had purchased yesterday was gone. And I’m still being charged the $25 for it.

My battle pass is also missing, purchased yesterday and got receipt from Apple this morning.

Hi there, same here, bought the Goldpass at 13 Feb , Atheni got the Tech Ban later that day .

Today i was unbanned and the pass is missing... 

No I was able to start playing yesterday around 5pm EST

Are they crediting me the $39.95 I paid for my gold battlepass and prizes that are missing?  Also what the heck is all these garbage 1 & 2 star chumps cluttering up my mailbox?  Is that really supposed to make up for 2 days of points towards a leg fusion and a battlepass leg?  Sorry, that is the weakest mess I have ever seen.

The same for me. Got banned, acc was reseted and Battlepass Gold +25 not activated. I opened tickets (1598495) but still got no response. 

Yeah i bought the Max level Battlepass Feb 12th, played for an hour or two, got banned for some effing reason, i got access the 14th, and EVERY EFFING THING is gone, progress, gems, creds, heroes, gear, avatars. I got a buttload of " i'm sowy " things in my Inbox, trash heroes in other words. I have sent 5 mails to the guys with proof of purchase and so on thinking " hey they are probably having some issues, but shouldn't be worse then restoring my purchase " but oh no, i get a effing copy - paste respond on mail

Same here.. Bought Gold pass, played few minutes then banned.. After two days or what i got acces but my Gold pass was gone. And i still don't have it.. Plarium still doesn't return my Gold pass..... 

Same here.  Bought the Gold Pass, account was banned then "restored", and the Battle Pass is gone.  No refund either.  I've submitted multiple help requests as well, and there's been no real response from Plarium.  This whole thing reeks.
