Account lost after update

After installing the new update I decided to purchase a gold pass. I was playing around and reading the news post and decided to change my avatar to the frozen banshee which was part of the update. Upon changing the avatar I was immediately kicked out and forced into the tutorial so I went along with it and now I’ve a new account and no way of getting my old account back.


If I try to log in via Facebook it says something along the lines of “ there’s already an account linked to that Facebook “ and gives me no other option to resolve it. Please help

Hey my account was locked after the update also.. Can anyone fix this. Would like us to quit the game?

2 day’s later , no communication from Plarium and still no access to my account. This is ridiculous

Was in the middle of playing and it booted me out to the loading screen. When I reconnected my account was gone. No clue why. Next day it's still gone. I just tried logging in with my Facebook account, cause it's saved to it, and it says it's tied to another account. According to my friend, my account still exists cause I'm still in his clan, I just can't login. If this isn't fixed I'm left with no choice to leave honest horrid reviews on this game on googleplay and all other review sites. From what I can tell, there's been no response from devs either. So terrible.

Same problem for me can’t access account or access support from developers either I’m hoping when so many similar complaints are seen they will fix problems before losing fan base

I’ve actually just carried on playing on a fresh account as I seriously doubt that they will actually fix this.

Dear administration, my player ID is GBair- and player ID # is 9180489 and email is [email protected]. It’s associated with my Plarium and game account but i was logged out today by u guys and when i tried logging in i had to start my game all ocer again and have lots of money and time invested in my old account not to mention i now will miss out on my daily log in rewards. I was at level 39. Please help me to recover my game in this matter. I do not wish to start over again. Thank u! I hope u all can resolve this for me.
