Plz help me get my account back . 

A few days ago I tried to log on and couldnt with plarium ID. Logged in Via Facebook and saw a different email on my account. So now 2 ppl have access . I emailed the guy and he admitted to buying the account from the backer. I have all the proof the account is mine :

Purchases going back 6 months.

Conversation with the guy admitting he bought the account . Plz help me get it back . I am getting no response back from tickets . Thousands invested into this account help me get it back plz
