My account was just banned until Feb 14th 2020 and the message said it was due to technical issues. I hope it is back up soon or they comp well for the downtime and missed rewards especially since a new event just started.

I also got the ban till feb. 13th 10:30pm also missing out on daily rewards an had a xp boost I'm going to miss out on all of it

Thanks for posting this. Experiencing the same issue this morning. Couple of recommendations for Plarium.

1) Fix the system so that your client login isn't so buggy. Really, it's bad. 
2) Fix your ban notification so that your buggy login doesn't convey that your user did something wrong.

The game is fun. Lots of games are fun. This hiccup made me want to delete the thing this morning. This is a supremely dumb user experience.

Unfortunately, the only way for us to unban such accounts is to revert your progress to the state at 00.00 AM UTC the night before, on the 12th. But there is no need to worry - each and every case will be handled individually and we’ll provide you with compensation.

We will give you guys more specifics in the tickets you sent regarding this problem. Please email us at [email protected] if you do not have a ticket yet, but your account has been banned, and you would like to get more info.

We will also issue compensation for the problems with the server yesterday a little later to all the players that have logged in at least once in the last 3 days. 

Same problem ! All rolled back together with a gold pass ! And it was bought with money...

Hi there.

I to was banned. Before i got banned i did buy some packs to get the full battle pass.

Now i can log in again and lost the battle pass raid pass en exp booster.

What makes me even angryer is that i can not even fill in a teck report with the ss of the purchesd items.. 

With now i lose out on event items exp and mutch more.

Playing the game at this point makes no sence because the more i play the more i lose.

The rollback on my account sucks.

For the loss of 48 hours due to the ban, I received 1 sacred shard and 10 million silver . A shard can fall out and fall out of the trash, and silver is a consumable ! You would have made up for it with green shards ... Come up with something more valuable and return my gold pass or money for it !! After unlocking, I lost a bunch of valuable artifacts, a few shards, and a Pass !!!!!
