After I bought the new Pass, I lost connection to the game then I eventually get a message that I was banned and my account is temporary locked until 2/14/2020 4:07:07 AM. This is total BS and needs to be fixed soon! I spend a lot of money on this game, and if there is no compensation for this crap management. I'll stop spending money on this game. I know you probably don't care about that, but I do.
