So I purchased a £9.99 30 day gem pack and when I clicked my champion and ascend and the potion it said I needed it popped up magic keep I clicked this and it opened it up and took my gems away when I didn't click it I emailed plarium support and in game support and received no reply...

So I took a refund on my £9.99 pack as they took the gems I had paid for I didn't receive them so why was I paying for them now I log in and the 226 gems I had from quests and mine have disappeared and been reset to 0 these gems did not come from the purchase and should not of been taken away! I really would like to buy more packs but I don't appreciate buying a pack and not recieving my gems hence why I got a refund
