Someone haelp. Just started playing, messing around to see what was up with difficulties and it got moved to hard. At this time tutorial lady popped back up and told me to go into battle, I cannot click anything outside tutorial lady golden circles indicating where she wants me to click. Cannot go into battle because game is on hard and hard is not unlocked yet. Cant click anywhere but where tutorial lady is telling me to click so I cant fix this silly problem myself. 

Just getting robotic answers from submitting tickets for days now. This should not be to hard to remedy from plarium side. AKA set the account to normal and or just reset the account since its already at the beginning anyway.
