Im having an issue when i try and sign in it says something went wrong with my password but i know its correct and even changed and retried and still wont work and now im going to loss out on the rewards

Hello, contact amazon support as the raid side is very limited.

I joined Amazon prime so I could collect the rewards and when I try to log in to amazon to collect whisper it says my brand new account is in use with another raid account it has never been used with another raid account at all but I cant get to the log in screen it automatically signs me in to whatever account I just made this new prime account last night and no one else has access to it

I dont want to miss out on whisper

Didnt help at all they only tell me to reset my password and try again and that does nothing
