Hi everyone,

I currently am having trouble with my amazon Prime connection to RSL.  The amazon Prime account I have is a prime account and I have double checked everything on that end, payment is up to date, account is linked for rewards, all accounts on the mobile device have been reset and relogged into double check I was not on the incorrect account.  When I log-in to my amazon account in-game it states I have no prime for my account and I very much do.

If someone from the support team could help me with this issue, or give me other options to resolve this, I would very much appreciate that.
