Good morning,

I created my account on my android phone, my iPad is larger and decided I wanted to use it for gameplay. I created my palarium id  and thought I would be able to play from either device but when I attempt to login on the iPad it stated that it is already in use by another raid account.

log out of the account on the ipad and log out on the android, then log back in to the ipad with the credentials you use on the connected account.
