Does not sound like I can help you? What do you want to be able to help me ? I had a problem with my old one and made one to get the rewards ...how can I get them by paying you ? It’s not an answer sorry it seems you don’t want to help this is what I understood 

Having a similar problem, trying to link a new Amazon prime account to my game, but keep getting a message telling me that only one account can be connected. Have tried contacting in game support, but no response. I'm seriously disappointed with the lack of help, this is the sort of thing that is making me question whether or not I just uninstall
