The Issue seems to be happening when i leave my game running in the background on my phone , i'll check in a few hours later and then see the arena reward box , but it immediately dissapears because the game has to reload which prompts me to the sign in bundle offers popping up. Checked my inbox and whether i received new gear or shards or tomes but nope , nothing.

Arena, rewards are added to directly to your balance nkt landed in inbox

i'm not a native speaker so i  should have formulated it more clearly (my bad). i checked my inbox and also my artifact storage, the upgrade skill tab and my summoning portal but nothing new appeared. like i said i've had this issue happen for the third time now last time i got to click on the box saw that i got a blue shard and some other (probably useless) gear but ended up receiving nothing. this time though i didn't even get to click on the box , i saw it for a split second and then the game reloaded cause i was tabbed out for a long time.

You got reward on Dec, 30. It included Ancient Shard and three artifacts. He got Flesheater champion from the Shard.
