I recently had to reset my phone. I had not created an account with you guys yet. So I had to start a new game. I already linked Amazon prime to my previous game and received the character. Any chance of getting that account back? The profile was "Valsyre the". (Without the quotation marks).

I have the same issue except I didn't get to changing the account name, so I don't remember the random numbers. I only have the amazon prime account which I connected to it. Now I can't use my amazon prime on any new accounts and my old account is gone. I want that Galek I got (since I can't receive it anymore), but if that's not possible, maybe the account connected to amazon prime can be deleted so I can connect prime to my new account? (I would still prefer playing on the account with Galek though.)
