Didn't receive christmast gift
Strangely however, I did receive the clan boss key, arena tokens and the energy but no shards.

So any one wasn't active is not eligible to receive the gifts?! that's absurd.

It says each and everyone of you! quite literally! not everyone who were active during 10-25 Dec. what you just said is completely wrong, as a "part of Plarium family" -That's how you addressed us-, It's safe to say that I should be getting the gift aswell.
