This happened to me earlier around 11 today. The game started lagging and crashing around 8 this morning and then a pop-up said re-login or contact support. I clicked contact support and after that it went to re log me in and it crashed. After I re clicked the app to log back in it started me over from square one. I've contacted support multiple times and I have gotten nothing back besides an automated email about this issue.

How do we contact support? I've searched support and all the only responses are that no one can contact support! This is do or die for me with this game; I'm not going to start over from the beginning. I'll uninstall the game if support doesn't want to assist me.

RESOLVED!

I uninstalled the app, reinstalled, and it presented the sign in screen instead of starting up the tutorial and forcing me to take part. When I signed in, my previous status, experience, and heros were all restored!
