Dear raid support.

I installed the game using the link given by the AVGN channel on YouTube (Cinemassacre).

He quoted several rewards which I didn't receive when installing and playing the game.

Secondly. I connected my Amazon prime account to get the epic hero. I was able to collect the hero.

But since I didn't get the original rewards from the affiliate link i thought I could reinstall the game and i would have been fine. But now my account does not have the hero from the amazon reward or the affiliate reward. I am unable to reconnect my amazon prime account and it says the account is already in use. This doesnt make sense since it should be the same account.

Was wondering if i could get assistance on this.
