Hello. Can mods or someone please clarify:

A mythical boots from my Hydra chest vanished due to a full storage conflict. Front-line support granted a one-time restore, but manually generated mythical boots with different sub-stats  rather than rolling back the original item. They said they lack the technical capability to restore the exact original item data.

Is there no way to return the lost item? Ticket #7415898 if that helps
