I factory reset an old phone, used a promo link to download Raid, champs aren't showing up.  I entered a new unused email address, played to level 10. Nothing. I was able to use a new player promo code, so it recognizes it as a new device.  I've reset the phone 3 times and used 3 links with different emails, none of them worked.

Has anyone else experienced this?  I've created several f2p accounts using this exact method and never had an issue.  My computer is connected to work so it isn't an option.
