Working on Arbiter dungeon Mission, Won 5 greater void potions but have not been credited with them . still shows 0/5 can you sort screen out please?

Make a seperate thread, please. Also ensure you're actually doing the proper mission + getting the proper potion.

To OP: almost certainly you're going to need to contact support, one way or another. Whether that means using your normal login credentials, a different device/connection if unable to connect, etc. you'll need to contact support for whatever your issue is.
