My wife and I play this game, and amazon prime is per household, she collected the ultimate galek, but I. cannot as it has her as collecting this. How is this a fair play of rewards, in that we cannot share something that is household limited by amazon.
Please fix this.

Unable to log into Amazon Prime through Raid: Shadow Legends. It says my password is always wrong. I've changed it 4 times and I get the same problem. I do not want to be denied something I'm able to acquire because of a bug or glitch.

Found a fix, for shared account in household. You need to setup a shared account for each person in prime. I had to create an amazon account for my wife and then link it to the prime account. With this done I have collected Galek.....yay
How exactly did you do this? I also have a shared account for prime. But I want to use both on my phone, the game won't let me. I'm assuming it's because I can't claim the rewards on the same device
