New account after reinstall

Hi. I've reinstalled the game on new phone and i've new account. Is there any chance to bring my previous account cause i don't want to lose it

After maintenance break when I connected again , I was connected at new account and I discovered this only after I buy a pack with 28.99 pounds, finally I successfully connect to my old account but I don't wanna lose my money what already I spend to that pack.My old account is Romi1411 and level 38,and that new account is Player28128117. With that pack I win a legendary champion but I don't care, please send my money back or if you can transfer all that champions to my old account Romi1411 will be better.thanks for help!!!

Bonjour, 

J'ai du réinstaller mon jeu suite à un problème avec mon téléphone, le fait de devoir tout recommencer ne me pose pas de problème, Meme si j'aurais préféré ne rien perdre, donc comment faire pour tout récupérer, sachant que je ne m'étais pas connectée sur les réseaux sociaux, ni sur plarium, seulement avec Amazon.

Hello, i just reinstalled the game, i had my Amazon Prime acc linked to my previous account which i just logged with my Facebook,now when i log with my FB it shows a new account, not the previous one, but when i try to link my Prime acc it says that is already in use, so i want to know what happening and how can i solve it?

Hello, I have a similar problem as others, I purchased an in-game pack before realizing I wasn't in my correct account.
