I had issues logging in for a few days with the game starting up just to tell me it couldn't connect to servers, so I uninstalled and reinstalled the game and it started me over. How do I go about recovering my account?

I had to delete and reload the Raid app to get the Google Play to download the new update for 1.12.  When I went to log into Raid my Plarium ID isn't there and I cannot seem to recover it.  I have requested my Third (yes, 3rd!) Support request in 48 hours. 1st was closed out, 2nd hasn't had a response in 24 hours.... please help!
