I am also having a similar issue. My phone died today, I booted up an old phone (and ordered a new phone). And I would like to get my account back. I have sent a ticket to Plarium and responded to the automated response about 6 hours ago.

I was only mid 30s for my level. Player name Thubbles.

My old account was linked to my old phone, not a Plarium Account. I need help regaining access to it please. I was lvl 47, and I’d prefer to not start back at lvl 1.

I can provide any details necessary.
