I recently just started for the first time. I've been enjoying myself immensely when suddenly, Plarium sends me an e-mail congratulating my first month of play. 

Redeem 1MGift for some tomes and coins. Great! 

Except it doesn't work. It throws out an Invalid Code error. I try a few more times, but no-go. That's fine, I wasn't expecting the code so it doesn't hurt to lose what you never thought you were going to get.

But today I got another e-mail, encouraging me toward level 40! 

Redeem REACH40 for some more silver and a chicken! Great!

I should've expected the Invalid Code error considering what happened last week with the 1MGIFT code, but I still didn't see it coming when it happened this time.

Is Plarium just sending me dead links? This last email was ten minutes old when I tried to use it. Why is the error always Invalid Code? I see other people getting errors on this forum but not that one.
